Doctors

Dr Edmund Wong She – BHB, MBChB, FRACGP, DCH
Male, Joined the practice in 2018
Background - Dr Edmund Wong She graduated in 1995 from the University of Auckland. He trained and worked as a GP in New Zealand before moving to Australia in 2001.He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and part time examiner. He has been a trainer of medical students, GP residents and GP registrars over the years. Dr Wong She relocated to Sydney at the end of 2017 after spending 13 years working as a GP and partner at Toomina Medical Centre in Coffs Harbour. He moved to Sydney so his children could learn Mandarin as a second language.
Special Interests - He enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in diabetes, aged care and chronic medical conditions.
Personal Interests - When not working, he is busy with his family, supporting anything New Zealand .. and reminding his children to practice their Mandarin!
Availability - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5pm, Alternate Saturday: 8am to 12pm
Dr. Renata Chapman-Konarska – MD, PHD, FRACGP
Female, Joined the practice in 1987
Background - Dr Renata Chapman, MD, PHD, FRACGP has been working at this practice since 1989. She is interested in all issues of general practice and in particular in women's health, endocrinology and geriatrics. She is currently working at the practice three days per week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Languages spoken English and Polish.
Special Interests - Endocrinology/ diabetes, Women's health and Geriatrics
Personal Interests - When not working, she teaches medical students at the University of Sydney.

Dr Sheana Hettiaratchi – BSc, MBBS, DipRACOG, FRACGP
Female, Joined the practice in 2007
Background - Dr Hettiaratchi has been working at this practice for 12 years. She enjoys all aspects of general practice and works full time. She graduated from UNSW in 1987. Her training included a year working at Westmead Childrens Hospital.
Special Interests - travel medicine, discussions regarding nutrition, exercise, and prevention.
Personal Interests - In her spare time she enjoys walking, reading and spending time with her teenage children and dog.

Dr David Rowed – MBBS (Hons), FRACGP
Male, Founded practice in 1980
Background - Dr David Rowed is one of the founders of the practice. He has been an integral part of relief organisation in developing countries India, South Africa (including Amazon) and Bangladesh. He headed Australian and International teams in Health Information Research & Communication. Enjoys teaching young GP Registrars. Fluent in English and Spanish
Special Interests - Skin Care, Research in Health Information, Infectious Diseases, Tropical Medicine, all aspects of General Family Medicine

Dr Evan Cameron – MBBS, B/Med.sci, B/Eng(Biomedical)
Male, Joined the practice in 2021
Background - Previously trained in Biomedical Engineering, Evan completed a graduate medical degree at the University of Sydney in 2014.His resident years were spent in the Hornsby and Northern Beaches area. He then worked for 2 years in Emergency Medicine at Westmead, and 1 year of Addiction Medicine in the Westmead/Blacktown/Mt Druitt region.
Special Interests - He enjoys most aspects of medicine, but has a particular interest in addiction medicine and men's health.
Personal Interests - He continues to enjoy dabbling in engineering and computer science.

Dr Ronald Yuen – MBBS, MSurg
Male, Recently joined the practice in August 2021
BackgroundDr Ronald Yuen graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2013. He completed his residency in Concord Hospital and has spent 6 years working in areas of surgery in the Northern Sydney and Central Coast regions.
Special interestAll areas of general practice with special interest in skin excisions.
Personal Interestsoutside of medicine, he enjoys tennis and travelling.
Availability - Wednesday, Friday: 8am to 5:30pm, Alternate Saturday: 8am to 12pm.
Dr Aaron Tso – MBBS, BMedSci (Hons)
Male, Joined the practice in February 2022
Background - Aaron is a GP registrar and completed his medical degree at University of Queensland after first completing a degree in Medical Science with Honours at the University of Sydney. He spent a few years working as a resident around South-East Queensland before deciding to come home to Sydney and pursue GP training. He is relatively fluent in Cantonese and eager to continue improving his Mandarin.
Special Interests - He has special interest in paediatrics, lifestyle/preventative medicine and mental health.
Personal Interests - Enjoys playing with his infant son, board games, martial arts, motorcycles, and bushwalks.
Availability - Monday & Thursday: 8am to 5:30pm.

Allied Health

Alexandra Herzfeldt – Psychologist – Med,Labsc. BPsych (Hons)
Alex is a warm, compassionate and client focused Psychologist, currently holding General Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Prior to commencing her career in Psychology Alex worked in the healthcare sector in Germany supporting frontline doctors with clinical pathology analyses.
Alex is adept at building strong relationships with clients of all ages from varied culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. She has a wealth of experience working with individuals displaying a range of concerns including Anxiety, Depression, trauma, stress, substance misuse, work related problems as well as re-settlement and migration issues.
Alex utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She maintains a non-judgmental, warm and personable approach, with unconditional positive regard towards her clients within therapy. Her therapeutic style is founded on collaboration between her as the therapist and the client, through a therapeutic alliance, resulting in successful outcomes for the clients she works with. Alex’s perspective is highly integrative, largely influenced by positive Psychology, with an innate curiosity to explore behavioural traits and their implication on clients emotional well-being.
Alex has a background in working with Lifeline Australia as well as Forensic Services and is currently employed by Relationships Australia as an Educator. She is of German background, is fluent in German and frequently travels between her homes in both Germany and Australia. Alex has a wealth of experience in running businesses and corporate events, particularly in the luxury mega-yacht industry within Australia
.
Personal Interests - She enjoys socialising with friends and de-stresses by spending time at the beach, either swimming or running.

Erika Hung – Dietitian
Background - Erika is a qualified Accredited Practicing Dietitian who is passionate about empowering her patients to make their health goals a reality. She is dedicated to working with her patients, taking the time to understand their individual lifestyles and creating small achievable health behaviour changes that they can sustain lifelong.
Special Interests - Erika has experience in helping her patients manage a range of health conditions through their diets, in particular chronic diseases such as T2DM, heart disease and weight management. During her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she has also grown a strong interest in plant-based nutrition, gut health and women’s health. With a passion for continuously learning, she is committed to ensuring she is up-to-date with the latest evidence in her areas of speciality and the ever-evolving field of nutrition. She greatly enjoys translating the complex scientific nutrition information she learns into personalised, easy-to-digest and practical advice for her patients. Erika also enjoys spreading her knowledge in food and nutrition through group education sessions, cooking classes and short blog articles.
Personal Interests - In her spare time, Erika enjoys getting outdoors, taking long walks and finding new cafes to enjoy food with her family and friends. She believes the social settings and the people we enjoy food with are equally important as the nutrients within them and hopes to carry this belief through the way she practices.

Dr Kevin Ho (BAppSc(Phty), PhD) – Physiotherapist
Dr Kevin Ho teaches Physiotherapy and Clinical Education at the Faculty of Medicine and Health, University of Sydney. He is a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinician with a focus on consulting for people in the video gaming industry. He completed his PhD on sleep and musculoskeletal pain in 2020 and now leads musculoskeletal health and performance research for video gaming / electronic sports (esports). He is also involved in content creation (Youtube/Twitch) with 1 Health Providence, an international team of health professionals with expertise in esports.
Kevin completed his physiotherapy degree with honours at the University of Sydney in 2013. His clinical experiences include working at public hospitals, aged care facilities and multidisciplinary medical centres. He teaches across the musculoskeletal units of the Undergraduate and Master university level physiotherapy programs, and is always delighted to mentor budding physiotherapists.

Emily Siu – Physiotherapist
Emily completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney. She believes in empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being. Emily incorporates hands-on manual treatment in combination with active exercise to maximise the benefit from therapy. She is passionate about posture and musculoskeletal-related problems, particularly interested in women’s health, lower back, and shoulder-related injuries. She is committed to working with people of all ages and backgrounds. She strives to utilise the skills she has developed to provide the best evidence-based management for treating and preventing injuries..
Personal Interest - Emily enjoys travelling with friends and spending her free time in different cafes and restaurants. Yoga is her go-to activity when she needs a refreshment..
Availability - Saturday: 8am to 12pm.
